Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dailyias.com, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

2. Service Description

DailyIAS provides digital UPSC and PCS exam preparation materials, including Daily Practice Papers (DPPs), MCQ sheets, answer keys, mains questions, model answers, and an online Question Bank. Content is accessible via a weekly subscription at ₹49/week.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • Sign-in is via a 6-digit OTP sent to your registered email — no password is stored.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of access to your email account.
  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits is prohibited.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscriptions are charged at ₹49/week via Razorpay UPI AutoPay.
  • By subscribing, you authorise an auto-debit mandate through NPCI/your UPI provider.
  • Providing a valid 10-digit mobile number linked to a UPI account is required to set up the mandate.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to your registered email.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on DailyIAS — including DPP sheets, questions, model answers, and Question Bank material — is the exclusive property of DailyIAS and is protected under Indian copyright law. You may:

  • Download and use content for personal, non-commercial study purposes only

You may not:

  • Share, redistribute, resell, or upload DailyIAS content to any platform
  • Use content for coaching classes, commercial tutoring, or bulk distribution
  • Reproduce content without prior written permission

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to circumvent access controls or share subscription credentials
  • Scrape, copy, or systematically download content
  • Use automated tools to access the Question Bank or download sheets in bulk
  • Impersonate another user or misuse OTP-based authentication

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your UPI AutoPay mandate at any time through your UPI app. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DailyIAS content is provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee selection in any exam. Content accuracy is maintained to the best of our ability, but we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or outcomes based on use of our materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyIAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
