Refund Policy

1. Subscription Model
DailyIAS offers a weekly subscription at ₹49/week, auto-debited via Razorpay UPI AutoPay. Each billing cycle grants full access to all DPP sheets and the Question Bank for 7 days.
2. No Refund on Completed Billing Cycles
Because our content is digitally delivered and immediately accessible upon payment, we do not issue refunds for:
- Billing cycles already charged and whose access period has begun
- Partial weeks — if you cancel on Day 3, the remaining days are not refunded
- Weeks where the service was not used
3. When We Will Issue a Refund
We will process a full refund in these situations:
- Duplicate charge for the same billing cycle
- Charge after a confirmed cancellation
- Technical failure preventing all content access for the full cycle, reported within 48 hours
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. How to Cancel
Cancel your UPI AutoPay mandate directly from your UPI app — no need to contact us:
- Google Pay: Pay → Recurring Payments → DailyIAS → Cancel
- PhonePe: My Money → UPI Autopay → Cancel
- BHIM / Bank app: UPI Mandates → Cancel
Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Your current week's access remains active until the cycle ends.
5. Requesting a Refund
Email support@dailyias.com with your registered email, Razorpay Payment ID, and reason. We will respond within 2 business days.
